What form of payment do you accept?

Since we give you cash, we ask for cash.
Do you have any service fees or charges?

We do not have any fees or charges, ever! Not only do we give you the best exchange rate in town, we also never charge the customer any additional fees, charges, or commission. We are here to stretch our customers dollar!
Where can I park?

Enter the underground parking structure of the World Trade Center on the Figueroa side of the building Park near the orange elevators on Level C (street level) that is not marked reserved or anywhere in the structure that is available Go up the elevators to Level 1 Bring your ticket upstairs so we can watch the time for you We are located on the 1st floor next to the security desk First 12 minutes are free, anything after that we validate $2 for 12 minutes instead of $3.50 in the parking
Can you match rates?

We guarantee the best rates in Los Angeles and will match any better rates from other institutions provided. Some exceptions may apply.
Do I need to make an appointment to come in?

We always recommend to call ahead and place your order with us to make sure we have the currency available for you upon your arrival. We are open Mon-Fri from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, you can come in any time during those business hours without an appointment. Only for Saturday's do you need to make an appointment.
Can you buy old currency bills and coins?

We can only buy current paper bills that are in circulation and do not buy out of circulation coins. However, we do buy the coins of major, in circulation currency, but at a discounted rate.
What documention do you need to conduct a transaction?

Any transaction exceeding $1,000 USD we require a passport, valid driver's license, or any other government issued picture ID Any transactions that exceed $10,000 USD, according to FinCEN regulations, has to be reported. In order to conduct the transaction we require a driver license or passport, current address, and a social security number.
How competitive are your exchange rates?

For over 25 years, we have offered the best exchange rates in Los Angeles with no hidden fees or charges. Nevertheless, if you come across a better rate, you can always contact us and we will do our best to match that rate.
Do you do orders for large groups?

We are more than happy to accomidate large groups traveling! (Tour groups, schools traveling, production companies, multiple family members traveling, etc.) Call or email ahead so we can prepare everyone's orders. All we need are the amounts that you need for each person and in which currencies and we will have them ready upon arrival.
