We do not have any fees or charges, ever! Not only do we give you the best exchange rate in town, we also never charge the customer any additional fees, charges, or commission.

• Enter the underground valet parking of the Westin Bonaventure Hotel on the Flower Street side of the building

• We are located on the 1st floor (lobby level) at the red tower next to the Lakeview Bistro restaurant and restrooms (closest to the Flower Street entrance)

• We validate $3 for 90 minutes. Any time over 90 minutes will have to be paid to the valet parking attendant

Other parking options include:

• Hotel passenger loading is located on Flower and Figueroa of the Bonaventure Hotel. Depending on the attendant, they may let you park temporarily while you run into the office. Tell them you are here for Foreign Currency Express. If it is busy they will send you down to the valet. We suggest tipping the attendants a few dollars.

• Metered street parking is located all around the hotel

We can no longer validate parking at the World Trade Center

We are located at Suite 101 on the lobby level of the Westin Bonaventure Hotel

Directions from Valet Parking:

- Take escalator or elevator from the parking level to level 1 (lobby)

- Turn left, proceed past the hotel front desk, past the Flower Street entrance,

and the Red Tower elevators. FCE is next to the hotel restrooms by the Lakeview

Bistro

Walking Directions:

- Enter the Bonaventure Hotel from the Flower Street entrance. Once you come

through the glass doors make a left. We are in the far corner near the restrooms

and Lakeview Bistro

We always recommend to call ahead and place your order with us to make sure we have the currency available for you upon your arrival. We are open Mon-Fri from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, you can come in any time during those business hours without an appointment.

Only for Saturday's do you need to make an appointment.

We can only buy current paper bills that are in circulation and do not buy out of circulation coins. However, we do buy the coins of major, in circulation currency, but at a discounted rate.

• Any transaction exceeding $1,000 USD we require a passport, valid driver's license, or any other government issued picture ID

• Any transactions that exceed $10,000 USD, according to FinCEN regulations, has to be reported. In order to conduct the transaction we require a driver license or passport, current address, and a social security number.

For over 35 years, we have offered the best exchange rates in Los Angeles with no hidden fees or charges. Nevertheless, if you come across a better rate, you can always contact us and we will do our best to match that rate.

We are more than happy to accomidate large groups traveling! (Tour groups, schools traveling, production companies, multiple family members traveling, etc.) Call or email ahead so we can prepare everyone's orders. All we need are the amounts that you need for each person and in which currencies and we will have them ready upon arrival.
